What can I do with myHMG?

*While the provider will be unable to provide an online diagnosis, he or she will be able to answer questions regarding referrals, test results, or follow-up questions pertaining to current or recent in-office treatment. Additionally, your provider will be able to recommend an in-office appointment for conditions that require medical evaluation.
How do I get started?
If you are an existing patient and would like to create a new myHMG account, go to www.myhmg.com, click the Create New Account button, submit a request to connect to Holston Medical Group and we will send you an invitation to connect. When you receive the invitation, simply follow the steps provided.
