Holston Medical Group (HMG) pediatrician Dr. Donald Lewis, has been selected by his peers to serve as chief of staff at Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport.
Dr. Lewis, who has been with HMG Pediatrics since May 2000, is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He received his doctorate of medicine from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in Memphis, Tenn., and completed his internship and residency at the Children’s Medical Center and the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Dallas, Tex.
Prior to being named chief of staff, Dr. Lewis has previously served as secretary/treasurer for the Holston Valley Medical Center board of directors.
