Holston Medical Group welcomes Dr. Megan Akins to HMG Primary Care at Medical Plaza at Medical Plaza, 105 W. Stone Drive, Kingsport.
Akins received her Bachelor of Science degree from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI and her Master’s from Barry University in Miami FL. Akins received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University’s Debunk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN and completed her residency in Family Medicine at East Tennessee State University.
Akins joins HMG’s Primary Care at Medical Plaza, which adheres to a preventative medicine focus. HMG’s team of primary care physicians, specialists and mid-level providers includes a highly-skilled selection of more than 80 primary care providers.
