HMG’s Dr. David Morin Elected Fellow of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals

Dr. David MorinHMG Clinical Research Director, David Morin, MD, FACP, CPI, FACRP, has been elected into Fellowship to the Association of Clinical Research Board of Trustees (ABoT) for the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP).

“We are very pleased to recognize Dr. Morin as a Fellow of ACRP,” said Jim Kremidas, ACRP Executive Director. “Fellowship is a mark of distinction for the members that have made significant contributions to ACRP and the clinical research industry. Dr.Morin continues to serve in many capacities, as a Board Trustee, a member of ACRP Committees, a speaker at the Annual Meeting and a trainer for a number of our programs. He works daily in support of the ACRP mission to promote excellence in clinical research.”

A Fellowship designation is the highest membership level available to ACRP members; one which is reserved for a select number of clinical research professionals who are recognized as global leaders in the industry. To be considered for this designation, a member must be in good standing with ACRP for the previous five years consecutively, demonstrate evidence of active participation with ACRP and demonstrate evidence of significant contributions to the field of clinical research.

Morin will be recognized by ACRP at the ACRP Annual Meeting in April to be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland.

Morin serves as director of HMG’s comprehensive clinical research efforts and has been with HMG since 2008. In addition, he serves as a primary care provider and director of the Eastman High Risk disease management program. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP). Throughout his 30 year medical career, Dr. Morin has served on a host of boards and committees aimed at improving the quality of patient care.
