Holston Medical Group (HMG) is pleased to welcome Mark Withrow, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. and Sean White, M.D., F.A.C.O.G to HMG’s Seasons for Women with locations in Kingsport, Bristol and Abingdon.
“I am excited to join HMG and the physicians at Seasons for Women who share a patient-first philosophy of care,” said Dr. White. “I believe that a strong physician-patient relationship allows me to better understand their needs and properly address them. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a family bring a new life into this world. I also enjoy working with women to provide the gynecologic care they need, either through nonsurgical or minimally invasive surgical options, helping them live a healthy life.”
Both Dr. White and Dr. Withrow have been providing obstetric and gynecological care for over 15 years in the Kingsport community and are well-known and respected for their compassionate, quality care.
“I view the care I provide though the patients eyes,” said Dr. Withrow. “I treat them as if they were my own family member and make sure they do not get lost in the processes. I am passionate about ensuring an open line of communication with my patients, ensuring they understand their care plan and have the support they need to achieve optimal health.”
Dr. White completed his OB/GYN residency in York, Penn. and received his medical degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine, Greeneville, N.C. Dr. White is current president and board member of the Sullivan County Medical Society and he enjoys time with his wife, adult daughters and five grandchildren. They are avid outdoor enthusiasts and love taking their husky hiking in the area.
Dr. Withrow completed his residency at the University of Tennessee and received his medical degree from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine, Vermillion, South Dakota. He enjoys living a healthy lifestyle with his wife of 26 years and two adult sons. He has traveled the world giving back on medical mission trips. He enjoys teaching his online area bible studies and is very involved in his church.
