Exclusively serving HMG patients, our laboratory and X-ray departments are staffed by a team of dedicated medical professionals committed to providing efficient and accurate testing services.

Laboratory Results

Our goal is to provide test results to your ordering physician within 24 hours of receiving the sample. In many cases, results are available the same day.

Patients enrolled in HMG’s secure patient portal, FollowMyHealth®, can conveniently access routine laboratory results online. Learn how to enroll in FollowMyHealth.

X-Ray Services

Many HMG locations offer fully digital X-ray services. These advanced imaging systems allow our team to provide efficient, accurate diagnostic imaging for patients.

Electronic Health Record Storage

For added convenience, laboratory results and X-ray images are securely stored in each patient’s electronic health record.
