Holston Medical Group has partnered with HealthMark Group to manage medical record requests. HealthMark specializes in facilitating medical record release and protecting personal health information.
How do I request my medical records?
Requests are completed through HealthMark’s secure Request Manager. You’ll begin by entering your email address and will receive a secure link to continue the request process.
How it works
- Enter your email
- You will receive a secure email link to access Request Manager
- Follow the step-by-step instructions to submit your request
- Once processed, you will receive an email to download your records
How long does it take to process requests?
Records may be available for download in as few as 8 business hours. Some requests require physician approval and may take up to 5 business days. If it has been more than 5 days since submitting your request, contact status@healthmark-group.com.
