Michael Smith, NP, is a native of Kingsport and has been providing primary care for twenty years, the last nine of them being within the Tri-Cities region; Michael and Dr. Partain have been practicing together for the last three years in Johnson City. Michael graduated from the University of Tennessee and enjoys treating all members of the family, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
