Born and raised in Greeneville, Saprina Fender, FNP, is proud to continue caring for the community she calls home. With nearly 30 years of service in healthcare, she is honored to provide compassionate, family-centered care to her neighbors, friends, and patients across generations.
Saprina enjoys helping patients and their families achieve their best health, caring for parents, grandparents, and children. She is passionate about preventive care and believes in focusing on wellness before disease can start, helping patients live healthier, fuller lives.
