Holston Medical Group is proud to welcome several Norton community providers to the HMG Family of Care and the new, state-of-the-art HMG Primary Care at Norton, located at 482 Hawthorne Dr. NE, Norton, VA.
With strong roots in southwest Virginia, HMG has remained committed to providing quality care in the region. This new facility will offer the Norton community primary care services including family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, and healthy aging as well as on-site digital x-ray and laboratory services.

If you are a current patient of one of these providers and you have a previously scheduled appointment on or after January 9, 2023, please note that your appointment date and time will need to be rescheduled with HMG and will not automatically move over. To reschedule your appointment with your provider at HMG, please call 877-464-1213, and we will be happy to assist you.
