Dr. Switalski received a bachelor of arts degree in clinical psychology from Richmond University in London, England, and earned his doctorate of medicine at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.Dr. Switalski served as a research scientist in the department of psychiatry at New York University School of Medicine and most recently as a chief resident and clinical instructor at the East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, Tenn.

Dr. Switalski brings experience in critical care, infectious disease, palliative medicine, neuro-ICU, and general medical in-patient care. He is fluent in both English and Polish.

Dr. Switalski’s professional memberships include the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians as well as others.
