Samantha Sizemore

Samantha Sizemore is chief operations officer at Holston Medical Group (HMG), where she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all clinics, mid-level and physician providers, and team members. HMG’s operations generate more than $100 million annually and provide integrated, specialty, and primary care services. Sizemore also oversees the management of HMG’s two ambulatory surgery centers and two outpatient diagnostic centers.

In her role, Sizemore is responsible for the design, build, and implementation of operational structures and processes to create a strong and cohesive operations team and environment that supports the organization’s key objectives and strategies. She fosters performance excellence and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization as well as with key partners.

With more than 25 years of experience, Sizemore’s leadership has helped create a culture of accountability and professionalism, resulting in a high level of teamwork, mutual trust, and respect among team members across the organization.

Her broad knowledge of operations and clinical background have earned her strong recognition for her expertise in provider operations, development, and diagnostic imaging. Sizemore possesses excellent leadership skills and has a passion for developing talent within the organization.
