Anita Renee Woolford, MSN, FNP

Woolford resides in Honaker and is excited to be able to serve and support her neighbors. “I love the Honaker community and I am looking forward to caring for them,” said Woolford. “I pride myself on building relationships with my patients so they know I will always listen, and we can work together to address their health issues.”

Woolford received her Bachelor of Nursing at King University, (Bristol, TN) and worked as an RN for 23 years in family medicine. She then went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Frontier Nursing University, (Hyden, KY) in 2013.

Woolford is a Southwest Virginia native, who now resides in Honaker, VA. where she and her family own a farm. On her time off work, she enjoys large family gatherings every Sunday enjoying family recipes and quality time together.
