About

Dr. Benjamin Moyer was inspired to become a physician while growing up, watching his father, also a physician, care for people in his community. He enjoyed seeing the relationships his father had with his patients. One day while his father encouraged him into the medical field, Dr. Moyer said, “I felt a peace about it like God was calling me to serve others this way.”

Dr. Moyer enjoys general medicine, which makes family medicine a great fit for him. He specifically enjoys his role as a patient educator. In addition to traditional family medicine, Dr. Moyer is trained in the use of osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), a set of hands-on techniques that a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DOs) uses to diagnose and treat various illnesses.
