Curtis Jantzi, DO

Board certified by the American Osteopathic Association and the American Medical Association, Dr. Curtis Jantzi received a bachelor of arts in chemistry and molecular biology from Goshen College, Indiana. He received his doctorate of osteopathic medicine from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.

An avid community volunteer, Dr. Jantzi participates extensively in international medical missions. He’s a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Family Physicians.

Dr. Jantzi most enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, hiking, running or participating in medical missions.
