Zachary Kegley, DO

Zachary Kegley, DO, is passionate about delivering whole-person care and forming strong patient partnerships. Originally from eastern Virginia with deep family ties to the region, he considers Northeast Tennessee home and is honored to serve the community that shaped him.

He values open communication, shared decision-making, and continuity of care through all stages of life. From adolescents navigating sports injuries to older adults managing chronic conditions, Dr. Kegley focuses on prevention, wellness, and treating the individual, not just the symptoms.

His clinical interests include preventive screenings, adolescent care, geriatric care, chronic disease management, and musculoskeletal health.
