About
Millican received her bachelor of science in nursing from University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her masters of science in nursing from East Tennessee State University. Millican is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Northeast Tennessee Nurse Practitioners Association.
Established in 1994 by occupational medicine physician and HMG CMO Dr. Sam Breeding, today the practice serves more than 500 regional employers, acting as an advocate for both the employer and the employee.
