Seasons, the Tri-Cities first regional women’s health group

By HMG

Seasons for WomenA multi-media awareness campaign including direct mail postcards, newspaper ads, radio spots and billboards signal the mid-August 2007 launch of Seasons—the Tri-Cities first regional women’s health group. As a member of the HMG “Family of Care,” Seasons includes HMG’s Blue Ridge Obstetrics & Gynecology, Kingsport, and Highlands Physicians for Women, Bristol, as well as HMG’s newly acquired practice of Dr. James Moore.

“I can’t tell you how excited we are about Seasons and its impact on women’s health within the Tri-Cities,” says HMG Founder Jerry L. Miller, MD. “Our intention is that of providing women’s health medical expertise and guest service amenities at a caliber of excellence that’s unrivaled in the Southeast.”

“At Seasons, our provision of leading-edge medicine will distinguish our level of care,” begins Dr. Miller. “Simply because a procedure has been successful in the past doesn’t mean that we should be content with yesterday’s results. You’ll find that our providers continually lead the Tri-Cities region in performing the latest, minimally invasive women’s health procedures and surgeries.”

Seasons’ specialists were the first within the Tri-Cities to begin performing the new minimally-invasive laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomies (LSH)—an outpatient surgery that allows a woman to be resting comfortably at home within 24 hours and back to her normal activities in less than a week. Seasons’ surgeons were also among the first to provide in-office endometrial balloon ablation, a minimally-invasive procedure that often eliminates the need for a hysterectomy.

Seasons’ services include progressive obstetric care, gynecologic & menopausal medicine as well as cosmetic services.
