Holston Medical Group welcomes family nurse practitioner Casandra (Casi) Blair to HMG Primary Care at Sapling Grove, 240 Medical Park Blvd., Suite 3000, Bristol, TN, increasing patients’ access to high-quality, cost-effective care.
Casi knew from an early age that she wanted to pursue a career in the medical field. Her passion for caring for others shines bright with every patient interaction, and she is excited to join the highly qualified team at Sapling Grove, who support the community in navigating its care and being a smart healthcare consumer.
“I’m looking forward to establishing strong relationships with my patients in primary care,” said Casi. “With a strong background in cardiac care, I feel I can apply this knowledge to help patients who suffer from various chronic conditions.”
Leaning on the shared philosophy of whole-person healthcare, it’s important to Casi that patients are comfortable talking about anything. “I’m here to listen to my patients and ensure Bristol families have access to personalized, empathetic care from a trusted provider. The more I listen, the better I can partner with them to help them achieve their goals,” stated Casi. “I want to be a true health partner for life!”
Casi received her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at East Tennessee University, Johnson City, TN. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two active children and can often be seen on the sidelines cheering them on. In addition, Casi is an avid baker and enjoys making unique cakes and cookies, helping others celebrate their special occasions.
