Holston Medical Group is excited to announce that Tara Drinnon, FNP-BC, has joined the HMG Urgent Care team. Drinnon will enhance access to urgent care services in Bristol and Kingsport. She will provide care at HMG Urgent Care Center at Medical Plaza, 105 W. Stone Drive, Suite 1F, Kingsport, TN, and HMG Urgent Care at Bristol, 350 Steeles Rd, Suite 1, Bristol, TN.
HMG Urgent Cares are staffed by comprehensive care teams and multiple providers to provide the community with quick, convenient care. Drinnon and our providers are dedicated to providing high-quality, low-cost care for non-life-threatening accidents and illnesses without sacrificing time.
Drinnon comes to HMG as a nurse practitioner with extensive experience in managing acute conditions and a genuine passion for providing compassionate patient care. Drinnon embodies the organization’s mission to provide quality medical care that exceeds patients’ expectations and builds lasting relationships.

Drinnon received her Master of Nursing at King University in Bristol, TN, and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN.
Outside of work, Drinnon enjoys spending time with her family. She is an avid traveler who loves national parks and gardening. Drinnon and her family enjoy exploring new places and growing vegetables, especially cucumbers.
