Register for a patient portal account today and be able to:
- Communicate with our office online (non-urgent clinical questions)
- Request appointments and view upcoming visits
- Request medication renewals
- Update medical history and demographic information
- View documentation such as education materials and lab results
How to Register
- Provide The Urology Clinic with your personal email address. You will receive a Welcome email with a temporary password.
- Access the Patient Portal using the link in the Welcome email.
- Log in using your email and temporary password.
- Create a new password.
- Select two security questions.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Appropriate Portal Communication
All communication with your provider should be sent via the secure Patient Portal. Do not use email, text messaging, or social media. You may also call our office.
Response Time
Messages are typically answered by the next business day. Responses should not be expected on weekends or holidays.
