HMG is pleased to welcome Lisa Cook, FNP-BC, to its team of highly qualified providers dedicated to supporting patients through all of life’s moments. She will provide patient-centered, cost-effective care at HMG Primary Care at Medical Plaza, 105 W. Stone Drive, Suite 3A, Kingsport, TN.
Cook enjoys long-term relationships with her patients. She has more than 20 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner in primary care. “As I get to know my patients, I uncover the details that make a difference–like finding more affordable prescriptions, teaching when and how to take medications, and making sure everything works together for their best outcome,” said Cook. “It’s often the little things that can improve someone’s quality of life.”
Cook received her Master of Science in Nursing degree at East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, TN, and also completed her undergraduate degree at ETSU.
Cook enjoys spending time with her husband and three dogs. She is a member of First Baptist Church in Rogersville, TN.
