Upper extremity orthopedic specialist Dr. Ashraf Youssef received his bachelor of science in engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He earned his medical doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, Charlottesville.
After receiving his doctorate, Dr. Youssef completed his residency at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Cleveland, OH, and his fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Youssef is also a candidate member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the American Association of Hand Surgery.
Dr. Youssef has joined the HMG Family of Care along with his wife, pediatrician Dr. Sarah Smiddy Youssef, who is a Kingsport native. They are happy to be back in Kingsport raising their two children.
