HMG is pleased to announce the opening of its new J. Bryston Winegar, MD, Medical Center in Duffield, Va. The 33,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art location, opening Monday, August 17, 2009, is located at 121 Advanced Technology Drive, Duffield, just across from Duffield Primary School.
The new location will house HMG Primary Care at Duffield as well as the coming addition of HMG Rehabilitation Services (targeting an early-September opening). Equipped with state-of-the-art technology infrastructure, the building will readily accommodate HMG’s robust electronic health information system.
“We’ve had a long, successful relationship with our patients in Duffield and the surrounding areas and it gives us much pleasure to be able to improve the services they are provided,” says HMG’s Robert C. Lee, MD, medical director. “We’re confident they’re really going to love the new facility and its larger, more inviting patient areas.”
In addition to improved laboratory and x-ray services, the Duffield facility is complete with a full gym offering aqua therapy.
The building has been named in honor of HMG primary care physician J. Bryston Winegar, MD, who has been faithfully serving the residents of Duffield and beyond for nearly three decades.
